Last updated: October 21, 2026

Nivel Brow & Beauty respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://nivelbeauty.com, contact us, request an appointment, or use our brow services.

In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nivel Brow & Beauty, located in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you contact us or submit an appointment request, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, and telephone number.
  • The services you are interested in, such as powder brows, nano hair stroke brows, brow lamination, or brow tattoo colour correction.
  • Your consultation preferences and appointment correspondence.
  • Messages, photographs, and other information you choose to share.

If you proceed with a treatment, we may also request information relevant to assessing suitability and providing the service. This may include previous brow treatments, allergies, skin sensitivities, and relevant health information. We explain the purpose of collecting this information and obtain appropriate consent.

Please do not include medical details or other sensitive information in the website’s general enquiry form. Contact us to discuss how to provide information needed for your treatment.

Information collected automatically

Our website and its service providers may collect technical information, including your IP address, browser and device information, referring website, pages viewed, and the dates and times of visits. Essential technical information may be processed to operate and secure the website. Optional analytics and advertising collection is subject to your cookie choices, as explained below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Responding to questions and consultation requests.
  • Processing appointment requests and confirming availability.
  • Communicating about appointments, treatments, and aftercare.
  • Assessing treatment suitability and maintaining relevant client records.
  • Operating, protecting, and troubleshooting our website.
  • Understanding website use and measuring advertising performance, subject to your consent.
  • Meeting applicable legal obligations and handling disputes.

Submitting an appointment request does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails or text messages. If we offer marketing communications, we obtain any consent required by applicable law and provide a way to unsubscribe.

3. Consent and Your Choices

When you submit an enquiry or appointment request, you provide information so that we can respond and handle that request. We seek separate consent where appropriate for additional purposes, including optional website tracking and the publication of identifiable client photographs.

You may withdraw consent to an optional use of your information by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. Some information may still need to be retained for legal obligations or to complete services you have requested. We will explain any relevant limitations.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some support essential functions, including security, spam prevention, and remembering your privacy choices. Others help us understand website activity or measure and personalise advertising.

  • Essential technologies: support the operation, security, and basic functionality of the website.
  • Analytics technologies: help us understand how visitors find and use the website.
  • Advertising technologies: help measure advertising results and support relevant advertising on other platforms.

Optional Google Analytics and Meta Pixel tracking is disabled until you accept the relevant category through our cookie controls. You can reject optional tracking and still browse the website or contact us.

You can change or withdraw your choices through the Cookie Settings control available on the website. You can also manage cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may affect some website functions. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking on that browser but does not automatically delete information previously collected.

5. Google Analytics

With your analytics consent, we use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and visitor interactions. Google may process information such as pages visited, referral sources, browser and device details, approximate location, and online identifiers.

We use these reports to understand which content is useful and improve the website. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, enquiry messages, treatment photographs, or health information to Google Analytics.

Learn more about Google’s processing: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can also read Google’s Privacy Policy.

Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.

6. Meta Pixel: Facebook and Instagram Advertising

With your advertising consent, we use Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram advertising and support advertising to people who have interacted with our website.

The Pixel may transmit information to Meta, including pages visited, website interactions, referring URLs, IP addresses, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers. Meta may associate this activity with your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for advertising measurement and personalisation in accordance with its policies.

We do not intentionally send enquiry text, treatment photographs, health information, or other sensitive client details through Meta Pixel.

For more information, read Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can also manage advertising preferences through your Meta account settings. These settings are separate from our website’s cookie controls.

7. Website Security and Spam Prevention

Our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions and protect against spam and abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information about your device, browser, and interaction with the website for these purposes.

For details, see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

8. When We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and our business, including hosting, email, security, and technical support providers. They receive information as needed to perform their functions. Google and Meta receive tracking information as described above when you consent to the relevant tracking.

We may also disclose information where required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and address fraud or security incidents.

We do not sell client contact lists. Information shared with advertising platforms is described in this policy and is subject to your choices.

9. Processing Outside Canada

Some service providers, including Google, Meta, and Cloudflare, may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States and other countries. Information processed abroad may be subject to local laws and lawful access by courts or government authorities in those jurisdictions.

10. Client Photographs and Testimonials

If photographs are needed for consultation, treatment planning, or client records, we explain their intended use. Permission to use identifiable photographs or private feedback publicly is requested separately. Agreeing to treatment does not automatically authorise promotional use.

If you wish to withdraw permission for future promotional use of your photograph or testimonial, please contact Nina. We will explain what can be removed from channels we control and any limitations relating to material already distributed or shared by others.

11. Retention and Security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining necessary records, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention periods vary by the type of information and its purpose. When information is no longer required, it should be securely deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. However, no website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. Access, Corrections, and Privacy Requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, or withdraw consent to optional uses. You may also ask us to delete information that is no longer needed. Certain records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate service-related reasons.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. If we cannot fulfil a request in full, we will explain the reason, subject to any legal restrictions.

13. Third-Party Websites and Messaging

Links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or other external services take you to platforms with their own privacy practices. If you contact us through those services, the platform also processes your information under its own policies.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, website technologies, or privacy practices. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request new consent for a material change.
